Barro Ceramics - Serving Platter September 22, 2023

Want to make your own platter for your home? Join us for a fun clay workshop and learn to make hand-built a platter with Yvette Garcia-Mier from Barro Ceramics. We will explore different hand-building techniques to create different shapes and textures. We will also use different stamps and lace to create interesting surface decorations.

This workshop includes all the tools, clay, colours, firing and clear glazing. After the workshop pieces will be dried, fired and glazed and should be ready for collection within 3 to 4 weeks. You will get an email to let you know once pieces are ready to collect.

Clay can be a little messy, so be sure to bring an apron or an old t-shirt.
