I was born and raised in Burlington, Ontario, and have made Burlington my home with my husband raising 3 amazing children.

I enjoy being part of the Burlington Community, its people, places and its volunteer and work opportunities. For the past 22 years, i have been a fitness instructor sharing wellness for all ages.
